All orders are shipped by DHL Express International and are timed and tracked.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
• We use DHL Express International delivery services for all online orders
• Should there be a delay or any issue with your delivery, please contact customerservice@ariesarise.com for help in resolving the problem.
• International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
• When ordering from Aries Arise you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
RETURNS
You can return items to us for any reason for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt provided the items are in original resalable condition.
All orders include a DHL return label.
Please visit our Returns Portal to book a return.
The cost of a return for refund using the DHL label provided is US $25 / Worldwide $30.
The amount will be deducted from the refund.
For exchanges a payment link will be sent for US $25 / Worldwide $30 and the new item shipped free of charge.
Alternatively, you can choose to return yourself using a different method.
